strange Win2K "Task Manager" problem

I'm not sure exactly when this happened, but I've got a strange problem with my "Task Manager" in Win2K. I can open it up but its missing all the menu options...yes even after a machine re-boot. Not a big deal and everything else seems to work fine...but it's still annoying. I hope it's something simple and stupid that I did..but I can't imagine what.

It might have something to do with Win 2000 Service Pack 2 but I can't be sure. Just wondering if anyone else encountered this.

Double click on the border area up top. Should pop back up. At least it did for me.

Well, thanks...I kinda thought it would be something stupid like that and I even thought I tried that already...

Now if If the rest of my problems in life remain that simple I'll be in good shape.
