Strange Warcraft III problem

Aight, ever since (at least around the time when) my hard drive almost died, I haven't been able to host games in Warcraft III. Yes, I can start them and people can join, but about 1 in 2 times I try to cancel the game, WC3 locks up, and I have to go back in. Add to that that about 1 in 2 times I start the game, it doesn't do anything after everyone has loaded. Anybody have any ideas?

Back up, buy new hard disk, and reinstall everything.

Did that, this is the new hard drive, and I reinstalled the game... No change.
