When I shut down the tablet (touchscreen, no M+K) from the login screen (while being logged in), the tablet will not turn back on until after I long-press the power button. Then, after it boots up, everything works normally except for Chrome. I can launch Chrome, but I can't interact with it. Menus, bookmarks, tabs, etc. Windows Explorer, IE/Edge works fine, games work fine, Office works fine. Chrome is the only one that fails to operate.
If I shut down the tablet using the start menu then restart it, this problem does not happen. I have specifically tested this scenario about 10 times with the same result. Any ideas?
