strange virus : "Picture of worlds most wanted person"

Yeah, the latest update of AVG Antivirus does not detect this one and it is not mentioned anywhere.

What it does is create a file Picture of the worlds most wanted person.exe on every floppy disk that goes into the machine.

Found that the scripting host was being launched on start, so removed Windows Scripting Host, still virus continues its function.

System on the whole is lagging.

Running win 98.

Anybody has info on this virus, pelase help. Or if possible, at least the actual name of the script

Maybe not a virus. Possibly INTERPOL has hijacked your A: drive, LOL.

go to www.antivirus.com and do the free online scan. This scan will detect and clean almost any virus.
sometimes you just have to run more than one antivirus to detect those difficult ones.
i've found the online scan finds even more than norton antivirus most of the time!
