Strange Vcore readings...Maybe mobo needs a new battery?

Ok, I got this Asus A7V rev 1.01.P and it just starting doing this like a week ago out of nowhere. The Vcore reading in the BIOS Sisoft Sandra, PC Probe, etc all report 3.05~3.17 volts. huh? Obviously the BIOS gives me a warning saying my Vcore is too high. It used to read 1.85~1.90. Wat happened? I've tried everything, taking out stuff, reformating, and flashing different BIOS. I'm thinking that it may just be the battery dying since the BIOS clock seems to always lose a few minutes from a cold boot. Strange though since I've only had the board for 3 months. What do you all think?

My only thought is a little more of a dumb fact
Asus boards never seem to monitor temps and voltages right.. they are almost always wrong
I never trust their settings anymore so I've stopped monitoring them. heh
On my new CUSL2-C i set the voltage to 1.75 when I am trying to push my CPU and when I go into the bios after I restart to check I see in the hardware monitor that it's actually 1.79, almost 1.8V
and the temps on this mobo are ridiculous. like 15C CPU.. under load in a room with an ambient temp of like 22C.
haha

I'm not going to flash the BIOS that works perfectly good otherwise so it may fix a few hardware monitoring things.. but that may be what you have to try.
