Strange Ti4200 Problem. HELP!!!

I just install my new eVGA GF4 TI4200 (128mb) on my Epox 8KHA+ mobo, 256 mb PC2100, Viewsonic VG150 LCD, Athlon XP 1600+ CPU with retail HSF and Antec PP412X 400watt PS. Have overclocked my card to 300/515

Have played SOF2 at max setting without any problems or lockups. However when I run 3dmark 2000 or 3dmark 2001 se or Nvidia Werewolf demo, my LCD displays NO SIGNAL and promptly goes into standby mode. Only way to recover is to re-boot my machine.

Any ideas???

BTW: Running Win2K Server with SP2 and Nvidia reference drivers 29.42 and coolbits hack

I don't remember but check to see if 3dmark changes the refresh rate of your monitor. It should stay at 60 hertz. Any higher and some LCD's will go out of sync. Don't worry though, as LCD's doesn't flicker.
