you have to use a software program to edit the picture, since there isn't a picture editing forum, it sounds about right
 
Yeah, there have been tons of threads created in OT that could actually go in one of the regular forums, but people know they will get a faster response in OT. I am glad these have started to get locked. This is supposed to be a tech forum with a Pub forum for the occasional discussion, not a Pub forum with the occasional tech thread.
