ok, not sure what goin on and maybe someone else has had this happen..
running my 1.1 tbird at 1.33/266 and 1.8 volt...seemed to be running nice and stable, no probs..max cpu temp was 42c..idle around 30-32 depending on case temp..
Just for fun, decided to try 1.775 volt and see if it would cool down and not affect stability at all, so far no stability issues Except, in via hardware monitor, where it normally idles at like 30c, it now idles at 41c, and then get this..under load with seti@home it runs at 40c..close seti@home, temp goes back to 41c 🙂..any ideas
question is, obviously the hwm isnt reporting correctly at 1.775, but what should I try next??

BTW, in the bios before I start up, going into pc health it says 40c just sitting there...odd

system is Abit KT7A-Raid, Tbird B chip 1.1/200, 512MB ram...
