I run a dual boot system and apparently, the RT314 router has assigned two different internal ip's for my computer. AS far as I can see, one is for when I boot up in win98 and the other is for when I boot up in win2k.

So when I boot up in win2k, I have one ip and when I bootup in win98, I have another ip.

Any ideas????
 
Is there anything wrong with this? I do that in purpose by assigning different static IPs instead of letting the DHCP control it.

If you don't want it to work that way then assign static IPs, like I do, but make them the same.
