Strange sounds during prime95

Recently I noticed that when I run prime95 there are some strange faint high pitched buzzing sound coming from my computer. I'm not sure what it is. My guess is that its the cpu fan speeding up but I'm not sure.
 
I think I have heard this being reported a few times....Are you running blended test??? I have heard maybe it is caused by the ram...
 
Another funny thing is I get slightly different sounds from super pi lol. The sound also changes a bit when the stage of the test in prime95 changes. I don't know whether this should concern me or not.
