Strange Sis Sandra 2005 memory bandwidth bench result

This is my OC A64 system spec:
2x512 Corsair ValueSelect (set to DDR-140 divider)
DFI nF4 ultra-d
Athlon 64 3000+ Venice @ 280x9=2520MHz

I got around 5700MB/s for both Integer and Float test in Sis2005. I think it's way to much. what's the problem with sis2005? Or maybe this bechmarks the CPU and not the memory?
I just want to do some comparison tests so I can decide whether to buy the ballistix 1GB ddr500.

I would say it's right.

My VX @ 236mhz 2-2-2-7 gets around 6600mb/s. Almost a GB/s faster than your value series, you would be beating my score if you were running 1:1

Second reason it's right is because I dont think there is any way for that VS to hit 280mhx in the first place.
