Strange sighting in Dell Server

So... I have a PowerEdge 2600 with two Xeon 2.6gig processors in it. No biggie. Just out of curiosity, I decided to look at the generally "useless" Dell OpenManage Server Administraotr program and look at the processors. Here is the strange part;

The current speed is 2.6gig - that is normal

then is shows, maximum speed 3.2gig!!!!!

I can OC this beast? If so how????!!!!!

That probably means you can put CPU's up to 3.2Ghz in if you want.
