Strange Request... Half Life cd ISO?

Although it sounds wierd I still have the box and original cd key from half life, yes I bought it, one of my favorite all time games. I wanted to play around with it again but for the life of me haven't been able to find the cd in months and I think someone "borrowed" it permanently.
I have @home cable, its a silly fast download I was wondering if any kind soul would be willing to let me download the full cd image of half life from them?

Hah, well I can take pics of the box or anything really, I mean I surely bought it when it came out and it was a load of fun and I wanted to play through it again, if all I wanted was to warez it then I surely wouldn't post on this board to do so.

That's fine, lock it if you want but if you read the first post you would see I'm not requesting anything wrong, I still have all the info and my own cd key, I purchased it, using a copied cd is not at all illegal in this case since it's lost.

prove it then. you can call the company, tell them your cd key, fax the receipt, etc, you probably can get it replace for a nominal fee ($5, maybe)

bro same exact thing happened to me too... i still have my cd key and everything... luckily i found someone in my dorm w/ the cd so i got lucky

Fine then, I can do that but I was trying to do something faster seeing how I have a 3 meg/sec download rate and I though I would save some hassle.

Anyway - there's the proof, but I'm still not sure how Sierra would regard someone transferring a CD image... Wish I could be of some help, though.

Still, a quick call to Sierra might help - you never know till you try!

I have the Half Life CD but I lost my case!

Wanted to play CS but I couldn't install HL so I just went out and bought CS. It's only $20 anyway.
