I had some spyware last year and seems maybe I have some leftover registry entries that the spyware scanners didn't remove when they removed the spyware software. A couple are obvious, but the others aren't to me, though the names are similar, so I'm asking about them too. I've tried a couple registry cleaners including Regcleaner, and Registry First Aid, to remove stuff like this as I'm sure I have many orfan entries on this old install, but they just show hundreds of entries and expect you to know what they are and delete them yourself, so I'm always scared to delete anything so normally don't. Plus the long list is a little overwhelming.

One of these (nsn2.dll) has a bunch of shopping type URL's I've never been to. And one other (nseC.dll) has a bunch of sites like those in one subkey, a bunch of sex URL's I've never been to in an other subkey, and other junk (like a couple hundred misc words) in another couple subkeys. Here's a pic of them in the registry.
Should I delete all 13 of these keys, even the ones with all the junk in them?
Also does anyone know what these are? I don't.
