Strange Refresh Issue with ASUS GTX 750ti

Hello all,

Just built a system using an GeForce 750Ti, and the card works great... for the most part. It runs Battlefield 4 on Ultra without a blink, BUT when using Chrome, there appears to be flickering issues on a HTML5-based (I think) game that I played without issue on my 2009 Mac Mini.

It appears to be a refresh issue, as the refresh is off in the center of the screen, and I'm not sure if it's my system or my graphics card. I also notice it when scrolling in Chrome (when using the continuous scroll feature--click the middle mouse button once, then moving the mouse up and down... the text flickers.)

System specs as follows:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
Intel i5-4690K @ 3.5 Ghz
Gigabyte B85M-HD3 MB
8 GB 1600 RAM
Geforce ASUS 750Ti OC Edition
120 GB SSD

Any ideas would be appreciated. Wondering if someone with an identical card can try playing TagPro and see if they see the flickering issue as well. Maybe I need to get a new card?

I don't think Vsync works on browser games. I'm not even sure it works on the desktop at all.

I'm pretty sure some kind of Vsync is working with the desktop, if you have it completely disabled you might get tearing. Try forcing it on, then if that works try application controlled.

Thanks so much for the Vsync suggestion. I played around with the settings in the control panel, changed the VSync settings globally to adaptive, and I selected Chrome and changed it to disabled. That worked!
