Strange Query: Full function WORD COUNTER?

So I'm looking for a word counting software/website/whatever with more options that MS Word's. I need it to be able to remove small words like a, an, i, the, etc from the count.

That is the most essential feature but if anyone knows any full-feature word counting software or websites (preferably free) PLEASE let me know!
