Several Windows 2000 systems in my office have a strange profile folder in "Documents and Settings." I ran the folder name, which shows up as these three squares, in several online translators. The three squares actually paste in as "?ËÎï?Z(3 chinese characters)." Using Traditional Chinese, they translate into "捤 物 慫." Using Simplified Chinese, they translate into "The Thing Instigated." Inside the folder are all the subfolders from the Default User profile. To me, this represents a successful login. I am currently sifting through the audit logs, but I'm submitting this hoping I'm not the first to see it. Google has come up empty, as well as searches on "Symantec.com." I'm also submitting this to Symantec's Enterprise Support.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
