strange problem

hi guys:
i have strange problem
a building of four floors connected to internet through fiber optic(in 0 floor)
each floor has Ethernet cable from a switch in 0 floor
each room in each floor has access point connected by Ethernet cable from a switch in that floor
the problem is there is no internet in floor 2, other floors work properly
i thought the problem from switch of floor 2
but when i connect my pc by using Ethernet cable directly to switch(floor2) the problem disappear
while when i connect my pc (or phone ) by wifi access point of any room(floor2)
there is no internet! i got ip address, ip gateway, dns ip by dhcp
but i cant make ping to ip of gateway!!!
what is the problem?
is it feedback ip loop?

So... there's no WIRELESS internet on floor 2... but if you patch in it works? Is the wireless device on floor 2 the same switch you're plugging directly into? If not, is the switch you plugged into connected to the wireless access point?

Need more details on how this is set up, but basically it will boil down to testing one component at a time until you find the issue.

yes there is no wireless internet in floor2, from all access points there(there are 12 access points in floor 2)

Based on your reply, it sounds like the access point is providing internet when you patch in via ethernet, but can't provide it over wireless? Sounds like either an IP conflict or a setting on the access point. That makes no sense to me.

If there are 12 access points on the floor, I would disconnect all of them but 1 and get the 1 working. Then plug the next one back, make sure it works.. etc.
