Strange problem with NVIDIA's Digital Vibrance

Whenever I run a game the Digital Vibrance shuts off. I then have to go back into Display Properties and set it back to high. Automatically apply these settings at startup has been checked and is working. I can reboot the computer and it stays on as it's suppose to. It only shuts down when I go into a game. I also noticed that it shuts down when I run 3DMark2001SE. Anyone know what's going on? The problem started when I upgraded from a Ti 500 (v27.12) to a Ti 4600 (v27.42). Also, this setting is now hidden in the nView tab and it wasn't with the 27.12 drivers.

I just discovered that it only shuts down when my monitor refresh rate changes. If my desktop res is 100 Hz and the game res is 85 Hz, then digital vibrance shuts down. However, if my desktop is 100 and the game is also 100 then it stays on.

I'm getting that problem too with 27.51 drivers on my Ti 4400, except Digital Vibrance is turning off even when I switch resolutions with the same refresh rate. My desktop is at 1280x960@85hz, and when I go into Counter-Strike at 1024x768@85hz and then back to the desktop, my Vibrance control is turned off.

It's also turning off when a different user other then me (admin) logs into my PC. Is this happening to you also? I can't even set the digital vibrance for the other users because they don't have admin access.
