Ok! I am running a Dell OptiPlex 3020 with onboard Intel video (HD4600).

I am running two displays (Samsung S27D360).

No matter what I do (including disabling the Intel) I can not get MSI to display full screen. Even if I run it as a single display (no mutli display)... it still will not work properly.

Thoughts? Is this a known issue? I've tried drivers from Samsung... and I've tried drivers from MSI... nothing seems to work. :(

Thoughts would be much appreciated!

At this point, I'm willing to just buy another card and return this one if there's one that's better... (This is a PCI-E 2.0 x16 card)

Thanks!

Right click on desktop -> AMD Catalyst Center -> My Digital Flat-Panels

There should be desktop scaling options.

1) How are you connecting the MSI card to your monitor?

2) Clarify: do you mean you have a black border around the edges of the screen? Are you unable to achieve a certain resolution, such as 1920 x 1080?

Your issue might be related to HDMI overscan adjustment.

Or, your issue could be a faulty display cable that prevents you from achieving a certain resolution.

What resolution are you using when the issue occurs?
