Strange problem with Bx6 2.0

I have just upgraded my BIOS to the latest version of Bx6 2.0

When I shut down my computer the Numlock diod i still on. That didn´t happend before my upgrading. What can I do to correct this problem? It´s very disturbing, that I allways have to pull out the main power of my computer or the keyboard cable.

Ibm IDE harddrive 10G
64Mb Ram
Soundblaster PCI live
Cardexpert Geforce 2MX graficscard
SCSI card for Agfa Scanner
Windows 98 English version

Thats for power on by keyboard, not sure if there is a fix or it .. i gotta check..
