Strange Power Problem. Don't know what's causing it.

I'm not sure if it's my motherboard or PS. If I shut down my computer and let it sit for a while I can't turn it back on unless I remove the power cord from the PS and wait a few seconds then plug it back in. Removing the main cable going to the mobo and plugging it back in will also allow me to then turn the computer on. Also, if I shut it down and then turn it back on a minute or so later it starts up no problem. It's only when I let it sit a while that it doesn't start.

What do you think could be the problem and what should I do?

Sounds like the probs I'm having with a new mobo (Foxconn 6150). Is this a new build? Does it only do it in the case?
Have you tried it outside the case?
Checked for shorts? (using mobo stand-offs, etc.)
If it's the PSU in your sig, it should be up to the task...Antec TP's are usually pretty good.

 
It's not a new build.

I think I may have fixed it. I moved a bunch of the extra wires coming off my PS (that I had tucked away) around and it's not doing it. I think one of those must have been touching something and shorting it out.
