So i bought an antec nine hundred case and did a transplant. Literally took 45 minutes did the completel swap no problem plugged in and checked EVERTHING 3 times.

Turn the rig on, powers up every fan spins, CPU fan good, Video fan good.... no POST no video NO BEEPS!?

Took everything out to see if maybe there was an extra stand off shorting the board. NOPE
Reseated memory (tried all combos / all slots) Nope
Took all PCI / cards out NOPE
Took video card out NOPE

Everything was working that day in the old case, not sure what to think... ?? Any ideas?

keep plugging in and unpluggin everything. Also try setting it up outside the case and see what happens. There is a small cahnce something got damaged in the move. Static shock is a killer.
