Strange pop up windows?

I have windows Home XP, When I go to one of the other accounts Their desk top opens fine but then a window pops up saying "Can't open service control manager" and at the top of the window is "AsmiHwIo.dll" and at the bottom there is an "OK" button. When you click "OK" the window goes away and the next window opens saying "Can't Create driver servise" when you click on that "OK" that window goes away and another window opens saying "Can't open driver service" and when you click on that "OK" that window goes away and one more window opens saying "Can't load AsmiHwIo.dll". Than everything seems to work fine.
When I go to my account (I am the administrator) everything is fine and I don't get any of the windows.
If anyone could tell me what that means and how to correct it, it would be greatly appreciated.

It could be that there is a program in the start up folder with that name attached to it and it is trying to load but cannot find it. If you can't make it go away, you could try deleting those accounts and then put them back new.

I had something just like this when I installed the Asus software for my A7V8X. I installed it under my account but when the other users on the machine logged in, they would get similar errors. I just removed the Asus update and mobo monitoring apps.
