strange pointer freeze

I just visted ATC and my mouse pointer freezes briefly while the intro music is being loaded. I was using IE that came with WinMe. I'm not suspecting it could be interrupt or IRQ problem on the mouse. Can you guys give that site a try and see if you get the freeze?
