Strange performance with Radeon card

I'm getting very strange performance with my card, particularly in 3DMark 2001 SE. My 3DMark score is only a bit over 2400. Most people with this card are getting closer to 5000. In addition, my score on car chase is actually *lower* than it was in my old system with the same card! Here are my system specs:

P4 1.8A@2.61GHz
256MB Corsair XMS PC2700C2@DDR387 (2.5-3-3-7)
Asus P4B533-V
Seagate Barracuda IV 80GB
Radeon LE (32MB DDR) clocked at 184/184

My e-mail addy for 3DMark is crazysaintATrightflyerDOTcom. I've got three scores up there, first and lowest is with the same card on my old machine (a PII-350), the second is from this machine, but with the card at the stock 148/148, then the third with it at 184/184. My performance in Q3:A and UT2003, as well as AA😱 all seem about what they should be (bench in the low 80s on Q3:A demo 1024x768 max detail, get about 50-ish on UT2003 demo 800x600 med detail, and get 50-90 on America's Army weapons cache map), but this 3DMark issue is bugging me as something is very obviously wrong.

Have you installed the newest drivers? The original Radeon's original drivers weren't much good at all.

Is anything but 3DMark acting up? If not, it doesn't matter. At all. 3DMark is known for being unreliable when comparing systems.

3DMark Score
(3D marks) 2098

Game 1 - Car Chase - Low Detail (FPS) 4.2
Game 1 - Car Chase - High Detail (FPS) 3.8
Game 2 - Dragothic - Low Detail (FPS) 59.1
Game 2 - Dragothic - High Detail (FPS) 8.1
Game 3 - Lobby - Low Detail (FPS) 62.5
Game 3 - Lobby - High Detail (FPS) 30.1

3dFark is lying to you. Don't worry about it. Your game scores look fine, and you listed both OGL and D3D games so your probably good 2 go.

If anything, it's a potential horked driver issue. If it continues to bother you and you have a few evenings to kill you can reinstall windows and see if it get's better.

Thanks, if its just 3DMark acting goofy, then I'm not too concerned, I just wondering if it was indicative of something being wrong. And I did those tests with the Cat 2.3 drivers.
