Why is that strange- we've know this was coming? (AT, Toms, others reviewed it)

The price is nothing special, it's basically $400 for 6600GT SLI and $185 for an SLI motherboard, which can be done pretty easily with any brand.

It comes like that because giga-byte's single card sli only works on that particular board, so it comes as a combo pack.

chipset seems odd. Must be a mistake. Also I did'nt know these 2 GPU cards were even out yet.

I like this set, just because of the "cool hardware" factor, great value or not...

I don't know what's up with the chipset though.

Hmm thats an Intel chipset as well. Interesting.

Now if only Gigabyte would make the dual GPU SLI compatible. 4 GPUS :D; .

rollo do you have any links for benchmarks for this particular card.. I wonder of it's even faster than two real live 6600GT's since they can do more stuff with short tracing on one card.

Yes good deal.. this mobo rocks.

$215 board
$195.00 gigabyte GT
$195.00 gigabyte GT

= $605 priced separate and no games or coolness factor:)
