Hey Guys,

I've got my 2500k running stable at 4.5ghz at 1.35v, however at idle the display keeps turning purple and getting all corrupted periodically.

My specs:

Asus P8P67
2500k
12gb DDR3
GTX 460 overclocked to 850mhz

The GTX 460 has been very stable for me at 850mhz for over a year.

I've tried upping some of the other voltages in the BIOS to see if it helps. So far so good, but if you guys have experience with these types of issues I'm interested in knowing how to fix it.

this should be in the gpu section if the Nvidia driver is crashing. and actually this is a pretty well known issue. it can happen if you have it set to hardware acceleration for Flash. even Firefox browser by itself can crash out if you dont disable hardware acceleration in the advanced options. supposedly Nvidia has not figured out how to fix it yet.
