Strange Nvidia Problem

I have an Nvidia Geforce 6100 integrated. Whenever i do anything related to video, whether it is right click on a video, enter the control panel the screen will turn black for a moment, then go back to normal. Everything proceeds as normal. I looked at my clock settings and my memory clock is set at 0 mhz. I am unable to change it. I have used drivers 92.91, and 91.47 and no change.

I have tried drivercleaner and removed all drivers, windows update, and changing memory sizes in the bios, none of those have helped.

Anyone have this problem or know what to do?

I looked up a few websites and the only thing i can see about the 6100 memory clocks is that it runs off the system ram. http://www.answers.com/topic/comparison-of-nvidia-graphics-processing-units , here's the link, if you scroll down it says that it's shared memory, So that would explain not be able to adjust it.

Hmm ill have to do some more testing. this is definitely weird.

Never did figure it out. I am problably just going to end up getting a bettwe video card. Besides im getting a new rig soon enough.
