Strange multiplier problems with the IWill KK266..

I just got a new KK266 and I'm having some multiplier problems.. I have a 1.2GHz Thunderbird.. I'm wanting to use at least a 133MHz bus on the KK266, so I put the jumper n the correct pins and started it up. It gave me 1.118GHz right there. I changed the multiplier to 9.0 and it gave me 1.533GHz, which doesn't even go into Windows. I then tried 8.5 and 8.0, and they both give me 1.533GHz too. Anything under 8.0 gives me 1.118GHz and if I set it to "auto", it gives me exactly 1.2GHz. What's the deal with this?

Check with Iwill. You may have a KK266 that has a multiplier problem! I understand IWill will make good (RMA etc.) on your MB and from what I have heard it would be well worth it! GooD LucK!
