Strange mulitplyer issue w/ Epox 8KHA+

Anyone have any insight as to why when I set my multiplyer 140x11.5, my bios resets the multiplyer to 11 but if i make it 137x11.5 it doesnt. Also 133x12 works fine. The CPU is a Athlon XP 1700+ and I'm using the 11/2/2001 bios.

Coz ur XP is locked (multiplier locked). If u did not unlock it, u can only O/C thru FSB.
