Strange Mouse Problem

Ok, so I recently installed my first motherboard. It is a ASRock 939Dual-SATA2. I also bought a Thermaltake VENUS heatsink, and an AMD 64 3200. The installation went excellent, and the computer is working fine, but there seems to be a problem with my mouse. Every time I move it, and I mean EVERY time, there seems to be a high pitch squeel/clicking coming from my motherboard. Then if i un-plug the mouse, the squeel is constant, but if I un-plug the keyboard also, the squeel stops. It is not a really loud squeel, but it can be easily heard over this heatsink, and if anyone knows about this heatsink....it is loud. I do not have any spare mice/keyboard to try, just wondering if anyone has had this problem. Thanks for any help.

If it happens even when the mouse is disconnected completely, I'd say it's a problem with the keyboard and not the mouse. Do you have a spare keyboard (even a junky one) you can try to see if the same thing happens with a different keyboard?
