Hey guys, my MoBo is having as very strange behaviour. Check my rig first:

Core i7 920 | Gigabyte X58-UD5 | OCZ Platinum 3x2GB DDR3 1600Mhz | GeForce BFG GTX280 | Patriot Warp V2 SSD 32GB for OS | WD VelociRaptor 300GB GLFS | Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro | Corsair HX1000 | CM-690 W/ Window + 7 Fans CM 90CFM

The problem is that by defaul my RAM is set to 1066MHz (mem divider at 8), so I go to the BIOS and set it to 12, so it goes to 1600MHz (default BCLK 133). So everything is on it´s factory-settings, and it works normally. The problem comes after shutting down the PC, if I turn it off and don´t turn the PSU off too my boot fails the next time I turn it on and the mems go to 1066MHz again! But if I turn off the PSU power and just turn it on right before turning the computer on, everything works normally. Isn´t this strange?

Which bios are you running? I've had similar problems with various boards, and sometimes it is resolved by flashing a newer bios.

F6 Bios. I´ll be updating to F8x Soon, but it´s very strange, the setting works when the PSU is shut down but it doesn´t work when i let it with power (the PC is off, but as the PSU is on the CMOS light in the board remains blue).

Yeah those kind of issues are extremely hard to shoot down from end-users. I'd suggest trying the latest BIOS as well.
