Strange Lockups - Video Related?

My system locks up randomly, sometimes when you first turn the system on with no load sometimes under heavy load. I have an antec TP 380 / NFS-7 / XP 1600 / 1.5 gigs of pc 2700, 80 gig wd HD/ and a Gainward GF4 Ti 4200. When it locks up the monitor displays a weird staggered image, kinda hard to display but you can make out the screen but it will have like yellow tiles go through it or blue tiles. I've tried formatting, new power supply. Don't know what else it could be besides the video card.

I would look at the memory. Try running with 1 stick at a time and see if you can fine the bad stick.
