I have an unusual problem. Perhaps someone can help, for I have no idea on this one.
When I leave my computer on unattended for a while (say three hours) upon returning, everything is as before except the keyboard is completely frozen. The mouse works, programs work but the keyboard will not work untill I turn the machine off and wait a few seconds and then turn it back on. If I simply hit the reset switch, it will not work (the keyboard that is). It almost sounds like an irq problem with power saving (which I do not activate ever).
Anyway, any suggestions will be gladly entertained.
I have an epox mvp3c2 mobo with k62 450 and Voodoo 3 1000. I dual boot between Win NT and RH Linux. The problem seems to ocurr with NT ( I am not sure not tested)
