Strange item in the (snail) mail today...

It's just an index card, with my name and address on it, with a return adress in San Marcos TX. No company is listed anywhere. It just says "pickup notice" on a few places on it. On the back it again says "Pickup notice", then has a claim No., then business hours, a phone number to call and says "please call within 24 hrs of receipt-DO NOT LOSE THIS CARD."

Just seems like junk mail, but junk mail usually has a point, doesn't it? I don't see a company name or logo anywhere...
