This popped up over the past week or so.
I'll try to explain the problem best I can.
The colors are screwed up, being that the gradients between dark and light areas look as if the color is bleeding. Something like through some terrible image compression or something. This is happening not to just games, but videos, pictures, etc.
I've already tried reinstalling video drivers.
Anyone have any ideas?
