maybe he saw that car just sitting there and hes like i know someones gonna hit it, so he got his camera. He might live right off of the highway or something.

kinda staged....but why would you stage a bad crash like that....that looked pretty rough

As a mustang owner myself, I see nothing unusual about a mustang speeding away in the left lane and being boxed in and unable to get out of the way of a vehicle disabled in the fast lane w/o shoulder....

There were road works going on, no? Maybe that is why he is was there?

What really sucked was the ppl who slowed down/stopped for too long. Slowing down is great... but there were one or two who made it so the ppl coming had no where to go.

LA. Notice the sign overhead says "Ventura Fwy." And yeah, freakin' terrible drivers. Classic LA drivers, go as fast as you can with no driving skill whatsoever while not paying attention to anything but your cell phone/passenger/stereo/etc. I hate driving in LA.

No way this was staged. Looks like a worker was filming a construction zone because (being LA) they just knew there were going to be accidents. I mean, look... an idiot ran right into the back of a goddamned van at 50+ mph without even touching the brakes.

edit: I located the site of the accident using that freeway sign and my map software. Southbound 405 near Van Nuys airport.

that's a couple nice mustangs taking hits - not likely staged.

Also looks like there is a shoulder out there... toward the end they show the area... with double-yellow lines (for some reason).

And finally.. not one of those was an SUV. :thumbsup:
