So my desktop's hard drive light keeps flashing (very quick) at 1 second intervals. It's bugging the hell out of me cuz I think it's keeping Windows from shutting the drive down when inactive.
I have checked with filemon and it's not showing any file access. Any idea what might be going on? Perhaps swap file activity of some sort?
