Strange forum problem

I don't think this is the same problem as the others in this forum. If it is, I appologized. Hey, I looked.

Anyway, this is what I got when I clicked "Off Topic".

Yeah, sometimes the Mozilla/FF/Other Gecko(?) doesn't apply the CSS . Just refresh
