strange filename during Windows Live Essentials install, concern?

I just finished up setting up a new install of Windows 7 on a laptop. Clean install, shouldn't be any viruses. This file appeared and the contents are shown in notepad. The timestamp corresponds to when I was installing the live essentials suite. Memtest shows no problems. I have not encountered any stability issue in the slightest. Currently am running the long chkdsk scan, will be finished by the morning, I'm not expecting it to find anything.

I did have issues installing live essentials earlier, but that was just due to simultaneously installing Windows Updates, and the installer stopped to complain another installation was in progress. Related? Not sure.

Just fishing for information if anyone has seen something like this before. Thanks.
