Lately when I'm sitting for a while infront of the computer and I slouch, I'll feel the front of my chest contracting. I'll usually need to stretch by pulling my shoulders back and pushing my chest forward until I hear a snap which will then make me feel better. I really hope I didn't break any bones in my body because my workout partner is always pushing me to bench press extremely heavy weights for my size. So anyone ever get this feeling when they slouch?
