strange error msg: Windows cannot find /idlist,:508:1420

I am getting a wierd error message on my dell 600m. It happens on Windows startup. It says "Windows cannot find /idlist,:508:1420 Make sure you typed the name in correctly and try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search"

I searched for it on google but didn't find anything. Any ideas?

someone mentioned the numbers are a process running ID (one that is failing or bugged), but you have to turn on the view id for the task manager. I am not sure how to do that.
