Strange error between pages

So when I first visit the AT page it looks fine, the links come out okay and the text looks all right. The next page I click too will be missing some part of the text declaration (so I get a whole bunch of HTML junk on top) and none of the text is formatted ... what gives? The next link I click on after that is fine (it flips back and forth)
This is in IE6 behind a proxy.
 
Umm link? 🙂 I dont see this issue anywhere. Not enough info to help here, what page were you on, what page did you click on (exact link).
