Strange DVI issue with Ilo 26" LCD TV

i have it running as a primary monitor off my fx5900, works perfectly at 1280X768(native res) over 15 pin VGa, but when i connect it via DVI and try to run the same res i get a weird line about a half inch across the entire bottom of the screen...sure, i can adjust the screen position and get rid of it, but i'm wondering if i'm gonna screw up the LCD with that bar there...it looks like digital distortion, if that makes sense...very blocky and a bunch of weird colors

any ideas?

I would try it on a different video card, if possible. Don't know what the problem can be, though.

i don't think i have another card laying around here that has dvi...i'll check later though and update with results if i find one
