I got the liteon 411s back on black friday and strangely recordnow max 4.5 no longer does 4x +rws anymore. its does it at 2.4 even though I select max.
If i go and use dvd decyptor it does it at 4x. These are ricoh's rebranded as memorex.
Now when I took it out and gave it to my brother since I got a black one on the way to go with my dell case. but on both programs they aren't able to do 4x. Both are stuck at 2.4x
I can't figure out what's the problem. both have the latest updates, latest px engine. latest bios. latest firmware. its a good 10 minutes I'd like to save when burning dvds. anyone have any ideas.
