I've not noticed this since I installed the ram over a year ago, but my DDR2 1066 is showing up incorrectly in CPU-Z.

In slots 1 through 4 the max bandwidth is listed as PC2-6400 (400 MHZ). The memory tab says my DRAM frequency is 425 mhz and that I'm running at a 1:1 ratio on my Gigabyte EP45-UD3P. If I have my CPU overclocked to 3.6 ghz, would that cause these values to appear incorrect, or what's going on here exactly? Thanks.

The PC2-6400 is just the SPD setting, since there is no Jedec spec for DDR2-1066, they are programmed for DDR2-800. Your DDR freq of 425, running at 1:1 with FSB, means that you are running DDR2-850.

You could probably change your dRAM multi setting for faster RAM, but that might require looser timings, and running RAM faster than 1:1 is generally considered a pointless exercise.
