so the last few weeks i have been noticing a strange problem.
When it is time to go to sleep i put the computer to sleep and just
as the computer "shuts off" my cable box (motorola) turns off
the first few times i thot my cable box was broken and did not connect the cpu shutdown to it.
i watched the box last nite as as the computer shut off..click goes the box. it was on channel 40
it does not do it every time ...i think it has something to do with what channel
i have it on. if its a higher number like 100+ its ok. but if it is lower than 100 if turns
off.
the only connection btwn the computer and box is a firewire connection, that allows me
to save programs to the computer.
kind of annoying. i think i will unplug the firewire and see what happens next time.
