Strange Characters in Outlook 2007 Need HELP

I was trying to cut and paste a webpage to my outlook 2007 to send to someone.
Now I'm ended up with strange characters on my screen when I try to compose new mail.
it looks like a music note. and when I try to type it will put in period between between each
characters.
How do I reset it to default? I don't knwo what I did to it.

Problem solved.
I accidently hit the paragraph mark icon.
