Strange Blue Screen on Samsung LN-T4066F TV

Hi guys.
I just got unexpected BLUE SCREEN on my Samsung LN-T4066F, i can hear audio but all other commands by remote or manualy TV can't show.
Any recommendations how to find out problem to be fix ?
Do you think it's a INVERTER BOARD problem?

What about this: "Setting the Blue Screen Mode" in manual :
If no signal is being received or the signal is very weak, a blue screen automatically replaces the noisy picture background.
If you wish to continue viewing the poor picture, you must set the "Blue Screen" mode to "Off".

But i can't go in the SETTINGS to turn it off.
